I am Barrie Stephenson, a digital storyteller. In my workshops people learn to create a digital story from their memories and the images in their photo collection. Snapshots, memorabilia, holiday photos, family events, places visited and proud moments are often buried in a chaotic collection of prints and digital images scattered on CDs, DVDs, iPhoto, hard drives and backups (if they’re very well organised).
Digital storytellers exploit the massive potential of these collections to create short multimedia stories. I help people to learn the skills to do it using digital imaging, voice recording and video editing software.
